  It took a long time from ordering until I finally received the product. I checked on the original listing and it mentioned that they would be returning on November 2nd. So no harm no foul there. Now that the item has arrived I couldn't be more happy with the quality and low price. Highly recommended!

  Fast shipping, item as described, seems to run fine so far, I was not sure if the round thing was supposed to snap in the box seemed a bit flimsy but it works and you don't have to snap it in. Rotates beautifully . Highly recommended seller thank you.

  Great quality. Very well packaged. LIGHTNING-FAST SHIPMENT. Seller communication has been excellent. FIVE STAR SELLER (Should be 10)! In all truth, not a great choice for high end cigars, due to material. Keep well humidified - watch closely and keep out of any and all sunlight / UV radiation!

  One of the worst services I've received thus far on ebay. Seller never shipped out. A shipping label was created, but apparently the package was never received by the delivery service. I contacted the seller and they never responded. This was a birthday gift for someone and if seller had the courtesy to let me know what was going on, I wouldn't have missed the birthday date. The seller ONLY contacted me AFTER I contacted ebay due to the "money back guarantee." What a disappointment!
