    Had one defective switch and no sooner I contacted the seller late on a Friday afternoon, they immediately responded apologizing for the issue. They promised to send a replacement on Monday and I had it by mid-week! Appreciate the excellent customer service. Just to add, the switches were carefully packaged and they kept me informed during every step of processing my order up to confirming the delivery.     The seller is fine, the packaging was great and the item worked. USPS was terrible!! To travel one state they decided to send it literally around the country taking a week and a half. Would buy from seller again but prefer NO USPS.
