  I’m very happy and pleased with this seller. I found a lotion here that I had been looking for and couldn’t find anywhere in the UK. I contacted the seller, who was very responsive and helpful with all my questions. I was a bit hesitant at first, since it’s a long journey from the US to the UK, and I was worried the lotion might arrive leaking, damaged, or broken. But I received it today and I’m so happy with it! The delivery was much faster than I expected & it was perfectly packed. Thanks!

  I ended up returning the product because it was not exactly as described. The "scent" was essentially the same but I was looking specifically for that design advertised and I got a different product packaging BUT the seller was so good at communicating and working with me so it was an overall GOOD experience. Gave me full refund.

  Items were in perfect condition, wrapped tightly and the seller taped the lids on to make sure they didn't pop off somehow and get cracked. Worked with me on pricing and the seller shipped it right away. Would buy from this seller again in the future
