    Item exactly as described. Packed very securely. The time it took to arrive was not The Cellar‘s fault, but USPS. The seller was very communicative and friendly. Pleasant transaction. Would buy from again.

    The ornament was advertised as NIB, but was obviously used, scuffed up and broken. I gave my transaction a positive rating because the seller immediately refunded my money and told me not bother to return the item. I tossed the whole thing, nothing was worth saving. I suspect the seller bought the piece in an assortment of other items, took someone’s word for the quality of the item without looking into the box. The box was yellow from years of exposure to sunlight.

    What a wonderful experience for me.I can't say enough about how well they did everything went above and beyond great service and the item was just as described. Seller is now on top of my watch list to see what amazing item's listed in the future and what kind of surprises are added for sale. All I can say is check out this listings and keep checking back for additional items posted for sale. Outstanding job with the packaging and was even a challenge for me to open. Keep up the great service.

    The box wasn't in great condition, but I knew that from the pictures; the interior was fantastic, and the pieces seem to be all there and in great condition! Thank you! It shipped well and was packed well, and it arrived on time.
