  The experience of engaging with the seller from the beginning was so easy and a pleasure to buy from 'Fragileparts'. I have full trust buying again from Fragileparts Posting- 100% due to being BH weekend, Royal mail delayed but I expected this. Packaging - 100% As Described - 1000% overjoyed that I was able to have a new part similar to one I had lost in a house move. Thank you Fragileparts, seller. Value - The right part for my Treadmill and expected to pay more for a new part.

  Purchased the last rear roller but it never arrived. Communication was lacking would reply if i messaged but when I contacted to say, had it been dispatched they put it’s been dispatched and provided a tracking reference which was not recognised with Evri. Felt as a business unhelpful and unprofessional, didn’t even reply when i asked if they had an alternative roller that would fit, i.e same dimensions, they just refunded and ignored.

  I did apolgise to the Buyer on behalf of EVRI as I do not have total control as to when items are delivered. Refunded the buyer in full as I did not have a replacement available. No need for neutral feedback as I was just doing my job to the best of my ability and was let down by EVRI.
