  Item was received in a timely fashion but was damaged, apparently before shipping, due to the condition of the packaging the item arrived in. Seller offered to replace the item then went silent and has not responded to requests for further information. After several days with no contact I have submitted a request for refund and provided negative feedback. The item is urgently needed to assist in a surgery recovery and the apparent deception about a replacement has delayed acquisition of another

  I had a problem with an eBay seller who did not meet the delivery deadline. I am sick and needed the product I purchased to be able to get around, but due to the delay I had to purchase another one to be able to do the things I need to do at home. I asked the seller to cancel my order so that I could be reimbursed for the amount I spent and did not receive.
