They were very friendly and helpful. I then purchased my 2nd BT30D pro with a bigger power supply after the Fosi CSR answered my inquiries. Unfortunately I received half of my order. I ordered The BT30D pro with the 48V 5A power supply but received the 32V 5A power supply. I messaged Fosi’s CSR and they sent me the right order it cost me postage which is supposed to be refunded. Still waiting on it.

Hatte 2 Stück bestellt, Sendung musste gesplittet werden, da nur noch einer auf Lager war. 2tes Paket wurde dann nachträglich und unaufgefordert (sehr gut, aber über einen anderen Versand-Dienstleister und auch nur mit Basis-Sendungsverfolgung) verschickt, was dann (durch fehlende Updates des Versandanbieters) etwas stressig war!

Die Kommunikation zur Lieferverzögerung war immer prompt, offen und ehrlich! Die potentiell empfindliche Ware ist sicher verpackt angekommen und entspricht den Erwartungen zu hundert Prozent! Sehr günstiger Preis! Insgesamt bin ich sehr zufrieden und würde wieder hier kaufen.
