  The item was ordered Jan 21 and a Fedex TN was placed. However, Fedex was never given the item (i.e.tracking history only shows the TN being issued). Because of that I made an inquiry to the seller Jan 25. The seller replied on Jan 26 that they would look into it. It's now more pushing a month late! I can still use the item (if it exists) but hope that EBay can intervene. I've been using EBay from it's start and this is the first trouble ever.
