  Had an issue with the product. This vendor immediately offered a replacement at no cost to me. I know that sometimes products don't work. But the response of a vendor to fixed the problem is just as important. I would certainly order from this vendor again. Great customer svc.

  The incorrect item was sent and would not work for my equipment. The seller said I ordered the wrong part, but the Seller's data listing show it as the correct part. After several Email contacts with the Seller if was agreed I would receive a 2/3 refund of the cost of the incorrect item in exchange for the cost of shipping the item back to the seller. It was the best way to resolve the issue.
