  Great price on the item, the item arrived broken, (during transport). The seller made good on the costs of the replacement parts that were broken. Communication was great during this. All in all it was a great transaction for me as I got the item for a great price but the seller ended up bearing the cost of replacing the parts which they did without complaint.

  Excellent item and communication. Received 3 weeks after purchase but it was not because of the seller as they reminded me, and only because of the delayed shipping. Which the seller chose but has no control over as the seller commented and then asked me to update my feedback to positive. So I have done that as per requested.
