  Seller cancelled transaction after I already paid. Then, offered to sell it to me at $1900. I successfully used the make offer to purchase the item for $866 with tax. Also lied saying I asked for the transaction to be cancelled. I had already send detailed instructions and a pick up date. Might be his/her first negative feedback but well deserved.
