  Shipping contingent was slow has been for years since internal sabotaging of usps departments ! Item was as described ,packaged in original GM packaging , Item was a bit high could of went to salvage yard and pulled it for $3.00 but was happy with this appeared to be in NEW condition. Installed perfectly thank you to the seller !
