  Seller sent the wrong item but did make it right by offering a refund amount to keep the item sent instead which I did accept. Accident happen buts it’s what the seller does to fix it and they stood by their product and made it right. Thank you

  Sent me a black steel one, when I ordered Titanium. Informed them, they offered to take it back and send me right one. After discussing, I informed the seller I would test the product and if I liked it, we can turn this mistake into a winning moment for the both of us by buying TWO Tini 2 Titaniums. They agreed so I opened package to see if I'd like the product- I do. There was a 5 day delay my side due to IRL issue. They said offer still stands, I sit here waiting for reply, they Ghost me.

  We have never attempted to ignore this customer—we genuinely want to work things out with him. Since August 30, we’ve tried sending several messages, but every attempt has been bounced back by eBay’s system for no reason stated. Unfortunately, eBay does not provide us with a direct phone number or email address for any customer, so the only way we can communicate is through eBay’s messaging platform.
