  This seller sold an item which they were unaware was defective. Unfortunately I was not able to use the item that I purchased from them. But, this seller was very responsive with their communication. And they issued a refund right away without any problems. At this point I'm going to say that this is a safe seller to buy from in the hopes that your items come in undisturbed and undamaged. And that they are a safe seller to buy from. I would buy from them again. Provided items aren't defective.

  the packaging was done well and securely. got it in a timely matter as well. the only issue i had was the lack off communication from the seller. i contacted them on 3 separate occasions regarding details of my item and was ignored each time. good item just bad service.

  Dealing with this seller was very positive. The item ended up not working potentially after shipment, but they were happy to provide troubleshooting advice in an attempt to get it working before a return was eventually necessary. Would deal with them again in the future.
