  Had an Issue with the item being defective. Was Used not NEW. Contacted the seller and he agreed. I was sent a full refund immediately. Ebayer is Reasonable and they were very Quick to sort out the problem. Thank You for your Trouble free actions with my Defective product.   Very fast shipping and great communication. The packing could have been better. This heavy plane was just covered with plastic sheeting and masking tape. Because no padding or cardboard was used, the wood took some heavy dents that were not in the pictures. Overall, I am happy with the plane
