    Communication with seller was timely and friendly. There was a small hang up with my address and they were able to accomodate me in getting it right (I live in a very rural area). Everything was packaged VERY well. The signed image itself was shipped in a thick plastic sleeve. Everything was as described. The shipping time was also quick and my item was shipped out the next day possible. Two thumbs up!
