  After facing an initial issue with the original lamp the seller sent me a replacement very quickly. My issue was resolved with great communication! Had seen the lamp elsewhere for a much higher price so was happy when I saw this. Thank you for resolving my problem with ease - will definitely buy with you again.   For reasons unbeknown my order was returned to the seller as undelivered (I had chosen a parcel shop which has long opening hours) however the seller contacted me and asked if I still wanted the order was another address available. I supplied my home address and the lampshades arrived yesterday. They are exactly as described and we are really pleased with them. Thank you Ebay seller.
