  For reasons unbeknown my order was returned to the seller as undelivered (I had chosen a parcel shop which has long opening hours) however the seller contacted me and asked if I still wanted the order was another address available. I supplied my home address and the lampshades arrived yesterday. They are exactly as described and we are really pleased with them. Thank you Ebay seller.

  After facing an initial issue with the original lamp the seller sent me a replacement very quickly. My issue was resolved with great communication! Had seen the lamp elsewhere for a much higher price so was happy when I saw this. Thank you for resolving my problem with ease - will definitely buy with you again.   This was the 2nd floor lamp I’ve ordered from same seller.Amazing quality and looks much more expensive than price paid.Look lovely and are very sturdy industrial type lamps.Bulbs required but easy to purchase”large screw golf ball shape”.Packaged well and recieved within 2 days of ordering.Would recommend this seller for great prices and quality goods. Thanks.

  There was a problem with the first delivery. Not, I believe a fault of the supplier but quite possibly transit damage - hard to say when. I immediately contacted the seller who quickly sent a replacement item without any problem. OK, I had to wait a further few days but such good service is hard to find and should be cherished. The lamp is now installed and looks great.
