  Outside that the shipper used was horrible (US Mail) my package was delivered late and the box was very much destroyed. I just knew that the item was damaged but it survived and was very much in great condition. This was shipped from LA to City of Industry then 120 miles south to San Diego, back to West Covina which is located next to City of Industry. By the way LA located less than 20 miles away. Over all I love my purchase and I thank the seller for selling it to me.

  There was an undisclosed flaw on the strap of this bag. The seller refunded me, no questions asked. That's great customer service and I appreciate it!! Would buy from again!
