  Item is as described and was packed safetly which is fantastic. Seller did work with me on price and was flexible with my offers. Seller could work on frequency in which they respond to communications and initial time to ship was slow with minimal updates meaning I was left in limbo on what was happening. Apart from that I am happy with my purchase and the item is great and works well. Thank you

  Received the item in good and perfect condition! Out of all the Ebay sellers that I asked about this item, Fine Seller's Booth was the most responsive. The price is a bit expensive, but that is to be expected from such a high demand item. Shipping took a while, but eventually pushed through. The item was well packaged, and came with the original brown shipper's box, which was sealed, so I can confirm that the item is brand new, and exactly what I was looking for. Thank you very much!

  Poor communication led me to have to mark an item as not delivered to get them to respond (eBay recommended this to me), after which they agreed to update my shipping address, despite initially refusing to accept my order address. I thought things were all good. The clock was received quickly; however, it's not the exact clock pictured. My clock arrived with dents and scratches, stickers worn off etc. I don't want to pay for a return and deal with them again. I would not recommend this seller.

  First time buying from Japan and I am glad I took a chance with this more expensive camcorder. The description was correct as the product was in great condition and I am very pleased with the seller's full description. I was a bit surprised it came in a fex-ex bag but the camcorder was wrapped in many layers of bubble wrap and there was no damage to the shipping bag nor the camera itself. The cam was clean and in perfect working condition AND it was already set to English on the menu! TY!

  Item was as described, but shipping was in a soft package and the level center shaft was bent in upon arrival. Moving the center knob would also mover the outer knob. I would like to have seen better packaging.
