  The seller keeps you well informed of your purchase. Given most purchase will be international, having the communication about the package built great confidence. The package itself was well packed, and the add-on gift was very thoughtful and brought us joy. The item itself was in mint condition and was as described. With the complicating factor of multiple products for this particular character, it is not uncommon for mistakes to be made by some sellers. This seller had the correct product.

  everything exactly as described, perfect condition, seller also added additional bubble wrap and tissue paper along with the figure's additional packaging. was worried about listing not having any original photos but it was a good price, and i had no reason to worry. item shipped out a week after i ordered it, but i ordered during the holidays and that's not a dealbreaker to me. will look to this seller again in the future

  This seller is Great ! Shipping went well until it reached USPS in Jacksonville Florida. That’s when things went wrong. It took two weeks and finally a phone call from the seller. The shipping label was correct, nothing wrong with the box. Just terrible people at the US post office. The seller fixed the problem in the end. The sellers communication with me was Great Price for the figure was fair And the condition was good Seller did an amazing job Highly recommended 😍

  I had some reservations about ordering from Japan, but overall this turned out to be a super awesome experience ! The package came in pretty quickly, just as described, and expertly packaged !   I am so happy! The delivery was very quick and the package was in a great condition. The figure looks amazing and was really good wrapped up so it won’t take damaged. It was also in a cute little gift bag, with a little pack of tissues. I am absolutely happy, the seller also sends information to make sure the shipment goes well!   Der Artikel war wie vom Verkäufer beschrieben komplett neu und in einem perfekten Zustand. Die Ware war äußerst gut verpackt, nicht nur in einem dicken Karton, sondern noch mehrfach in Polsterfolie verpackt, sodass keinerlei Schaden entstehen konnte. Alles in allem gab es keinerlei Probleme und ich kann den Verkäufer besten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.
