  The seller is easy to communicate with and checks item quality before shipping. The first one they picked had a damaged box, but they offered $10 off even though they later picked a new one for me. Very responsible seller! The item arrived in the end still having its box damaged a little bit due to shipping, but I won’t blame them because they had tried their best!

  The seller keeps you well informed of your purchase. Given most purchase will be international, having the communication about the package built great confidence. The package itself was well packed, and the add-on gift was very thoughtful and brought us joy. The item itself was in mint condition and was as described. With the complicating factor of multiple products for this particular character, it is not uncommon for mistakes to be made by some sellers. This seller had the correct product.

  The figure arrived earlier than expected and was packaged securely. The seller left a nice thank you note in the box. The item was new in its sealed box and was as described in the listing. The seller accepted a reduced price offer and I highly recommend them!

  everything exactly as described, perfect condition, seller also added additional bubble wrap and tissue paper along with the figure's additional packaging. was worried about listing not having any original photos but it was a good price, and i had no reason to worry. item shipped out a week after i ordered it, but i ordered during the holidays and that's not a dealbreaker to me. will look to this seller again in the future

  Der Artikel war wie vom Verkäufer beschrieben komplett neu und in einem perfekten Zustand. Die Ware war äußerst gut verpackt, nicht nur in einem dicken Karton, sondern noch mehrfach in Polsterfolie verpackt, sodass keinerlei Schaden entstehen konnte. Alles in allem gab es keinerlei Probleme und ich kann den Verkäufer besten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

  Even though my transaction had to be canceled as a result of Japan no longer shipping to the US (not the seller's fault at all!), I would still recommend this seller to all others interested in their products.
