  The first package never got delivered. I reached out to the seller and they refunded my money. I bought it again and it just got delivered today. I'm thankful they were willing to work with me on this. The item was packaged nicely. It was as described.

  Item was as described. Small problem with the shipping as it was sent to the wrong city. But was quickly corrected and ended up at my location. Seller was excellent to communicate with. Highly recommend this seller.

  Not in a bubble mailer, as seller stated it would be, in a thin poly bag. Thankfully, the seller did contain the DVD set in a cardboard overwrap, with paper wrapping, which helped protect it through shipping. Other than the small shipping discrepancy, the set was in great condition for the price paid. This particular set was fairly pricey, when first released.

  Good standard packaging. Arrived on time. Seller placed small piece of paper towel inside of the gem to protect the discs during shipping. Seemed a bit awkward but still thoughtful. Solid seller, will use in future when possible.

  The hat was a great value and perfectly described. Shipping was reasonably priced and fast. The seller even added a hand written note at the bottom of the invoice, nice touch.
