  Excellent seller, fast shipping, great communications! The post office dropped the ball on this shipment and sent it to my state and then back to the previous state... NOT the seller's fault; I would gladly buy from this seller again! Did I say it is an excellent product, perfect replacement for 43-year-old hinge pins that had broken springs.

  The items was listed as new but came with scratches on the lens and flashing and faulty packaging. I sent pictures to the seller and asked a reasonable reduction in price ($50) but he denied the damage yet offered a partial reduction ($25) to close the matter. Only after I initiated the return process did the seller accept my original offer for reduction in price. A little late to be honorable. Nevertheless he did receive the item back and refunded my purchase in a timely manner.

  Without much to add, there are two types of customers: honest and dishonest, but God knows there are many more of us who are honest. You returned the used and incomplete item to me, and I refunded you the full amount of your purchase. What else did you want? Be careful when selling to another seller, they know how to screw you.
