  The package arrived on time but looked like the box had been dropped and tape wrapped around it. Benefit of the - I opened it and it had a huge dent in it. Cannot believe they would sell this as “new opened box”. Send a note have not heard back. Will return this item for sure but what a waste of time.

  Box was damaged when it arrived. Dirty on all sides of coffee maker. Missing frothing maker cup lid. No instructions. The box said used. The seller did not advertised the coffee maker as used when I purchased it!!!!
