  While the incorrect CD was originally sent out, the seller responded promptly. They did not make me return the wrong CD. Unfortunately the seller forgot to send out the correct CD until I got in touch again. They promptly respnded and then sent the correct one. The seller gets lots of positive feedback because they admitted their error and made it correct. Sometimes you just have to admit to a messup. This seller did that, and made good on their error and were very nice about it.

  I purchased 2 CDs from this wonderful seller which has provided me with valued products; just as they were described. The new packaging for the CDs. Shipped out and received in a timely maner; not to overly priced shipping cost either!

  The product is in good condition, though the case is a bit difficult to keep closed, but not isn't a big deal over all. I am thankful as the seller was very accomidating, shipping all three books in one package and refunding part of the shipping cost. I could not be happier.

  I hardly ever have a problem with Amazon or a Seller; the problem almost always is the Post Office. A couple of days after I expected my package to arrive, I notified the Seller who responded right away. After another week we decided it simply was lost in the post office system and the Seller issued me a refund. I thank this Seller very much!
