  Received the wrong item. Advertised as 3/8 split lock washers, received 1/4 split lock washers. Tried twice. to contact seller about this situation and have gotten NO response. This seller has given ZERO communication regarding the mix up. I would recommend NOT doing business with this seller.

  Item reported delivered by USPS - but was not delivered to me. I informed seller who directed me to make a claim with USPS. I have been informed by my USPS office twice before that the party paying postage must submit the claim on an errant delivery. I replied to the seller that they would need to pursue with USPS and asked for a replacement or refund and got no response. I have also made claims to Ebay in these situations and have been that if USPS says "delivered", there is no recourse.
