  This was the 2nd attempt to purchase this battery. It was delivered to another state. I reached out to the seller and they just STALLED......asked in detail what I ordered......took days for them to get back to me. Finally I went through EBAY for a refund....the seller was MAD about this and voiced out to me about this.

  Excellent communication with the seller, the battery (48V14A) is good quality. Shipment arrived in 4 weeks since the order was placed (China-- Romania) which is one of the best lead-times I've seen on this route, thanks!

  Before I bought this I asked if returns were ok if it didn’t fit my bike, I was told yes, so I bought it, it didn't fit. I started a return, used the return label I was provided by Ebay. I'm giving 5* positives for shipping and quality. The seller DID give me my refund, however he was very rude about it, told me not to buy from his store anymore. I wasn't angry, I did nothing wrong, I followed SOP for returns. Apparently returns are fine unless you want one. Rude changes positive to neutral.

  The shipping took longer than expected but received it as described, as it was shipped directly from China. I was told it got stuck in customs because it was a battery and goes thru a more rigorous inspection, so I received the item 5 weeks later. Not a big deal but got a quick response when asked for a status on delivery date from the seller. It was much appreciated being able to communicate and get an update quickly.
