  I ordered a LipSense liquid lip color. It arrive damaged from The vendor Favorite Things for You. I received an immediate response. I was offered a replacement. It arrived today in perfect condition. This vendor was very polite and cooperative. I appreciate so much getting the replacement Lip Sense color.   Package wasn't delivered and returned to seller because package was damaged, and items removed. Seller refunded me and apologized. Seller had no control over what happened but did make good and refunded me. Seller was very honest. I am giving them a positive review.
