    The seller was great. Quickly answered all my questions when I reach out to them. This item cost $699.99 in eBay and Amazon. The seller sold it to me for $212.50 with free and fast shipping. I received it today in the Dominican Republic. It was well packed. The items is as described. Looks good with no scratches and is new. The Thermal Monoscope quality is very good. From my experience, I recommend this seller. Thank you and keep up your positive attitude and business practice.

    Mixer arrived in a well packaged box. The new item was in the original unopened box then placed into another box which was wrapped in plastic. Tested out and everything works perfect. Awesome value. Super seller. Tracking communications were awesome

    Fast shipping. Indicated the device was an unlocked device, but it was not. First offered a discount, but I didn't accept so they did take the item back despite a no return policy. There were some return shipping issues due to USPS snafu. Ebay helped insure the return was accepted and I was refunded despite a delayed arrive (25 days shipping!). When I received, item was packed well and they offered at a good price. Communication was terrible, but would probably buy from them again.

    Item arrived looking like new, in excellent condition; it was adequately packaged, having been heavily wrapped with plastic covering the OB and the item itself was carefully bubble wrapped. Top notch seller with great prices - thanks a ton for an excellent deal!

    A great value and a fantastic seller! Item was super-well packed and well protected. Shipping was a bit slow, but it was the carrier and not the seller and the item was being sent to the opposite coast. No biggie. Highly recommend this eBayer! A+

    Great seller, item as described, I'd buy from this seller again. One small ding so 9/10 condition and shipping was a little on the slow side but otherwise good experience. Great value on the product.
