  Prompt shipping, packaging could have been better, was put in a plastic bag and the bag had several tears in it not surprising going almost completely across the southern half of the country. Item exactly as described. Value could have been a little better as new complete with shams are selling online for what I paid. Seller is courteous and very professional and quick to respond

  I'm absolutely thrilled with this purchase! As a collector of this china pattern for over 25 years, I've never seen a set still new in its original box. It means so much to me to finally own these. The lister's care in packing the sets perfectly was also much appreciated, ensuring they arrived safely.   Item was relatively well packaged, wrapped in priority express cardboard boxes for 3/4 of the total height and then wrapped in bubble wrap. Overall the picture and frame were in decent shape which would have made the auction a decent value. Problem is however the seller is accounting for shipping does not take into account the total size of the package meaning the purchased shipping was under the price calculated by the post office so it was shipped postage due for $2.80.   The packaging was skimpy. A plastic eBay bag was the only thing between this beautifully handmade afghan throw and the rest of the dirty world. During shipment, someone had grabbed it by a corner and tugged the corner open and yes, it was soiled as a result. the listing described it as "cotton". I wanted cotton. That is the reason I ordered it. It is acrylic yarn which has little appeal to me; the recipient will probably have skin rashes. The pink color had been faded by the sun. $6.95 tops
