  Everything went well until we tried tracking shipment, seller is only a few miles away, package showed being held up in HAWAII. They very kindly sent out another. In the mean time we figured out that the cable wasn't the problem. We reached out to seller asking if they would take them back. All of sudden NO FURTHER COMMUNICATION.   Item was initially received with severe cracks. However, after contacting the seller, they were extremely prompt in responding to my request for a replacement and I received a new, undamaged one several days later at no additional cost. Excellent customer service.
