  I was so upset when my bowl arrived broken, it was a Christmas present for my husband. I reached out to the seller and they very quickly responded with a replacement! The next day I had tracking.   Seller sent me the completely wrong set of card packs and I had spent around $200 on them. I had to message multiple times over a week to finally get a rude, indifferent response telling me to just return them. Disappointing attitude, no consideration for the buyer's side of things.
