    Never before have I seen such a professionally and carefully packaged item. I was sent a Dell 8400 tower and I honestly believe I could have let it roll down the stairs and Nothing would have harmed it! In regards to customer service , I found them to be very caring kind and considerate. As fer as the Dell tower, it was just as described and functions fine. If this sounds like a push for the company, it is not. That is the truth and exactly as sated. Louis Smith 10/06 2024 1707 Hrs.
