  The speaker arrived on time and in good condition. It didn't fit particularly well so was difficult to install, but I managed it eventually and it worked and sounded okay. The postage is described as untracked, which is unsatisfactory and possibly incorrect. This is the second time I've ordered this item - due to it getting lost first time. I had no response to my request for a tracking number. All told not the best seller on eBay.

  The item arrived promptly and was in good condition, as described. The packaging was mostly sustainable with a paper envelope and paper padding used. Thanks for that. We all need to do our bit to reduce plastic use / production / pollution!! Tip: Brown paper doesn't use chlorine in the process so is more environmentally friendly. Overall a good experience. Thanks!
