While seller was adamant that the item was shipped in great condition, it arrived damaged. The corner of the unit was bent and the iron knob bent and unusable (it broke off after I attempted to get it straight enough to reattach outer shell). Seller communicated with me initially, insinuated that I was lying, then suggesting “call xyz” which I had already tried with no luck. Seller stopped communication and was unwilling to contribute anything to the cost of repair (additional $375).

The item was sent in perfect condition in the original packaging. The original packaging arrived to him undamaged. He then damaged the unit himself. The pictures he showed me showed only one knob being damaged. The cost of this knob is $30. I told him I would not be incurring any of the cost of repair. The work he had done on the unit was his decision.
