  Very happy with the experience this seller has provided. The product is great quality and comes in robust resealable packaging. The delivery was fast, and the product arrived in perfect condition. As the description says, tea or smoke, we've prepared it both ways to make a great tea & has the right moisture content for smoking also.   Item as described. Second item was cancelled and refunded. I wished I was contacted regarding reason for cancellation of order (if it was size not available, I would have opted for a bigger size bag and pay the difference. Anyway, overall transaction was satisfactory, past postage and item as pictured/described.

  Seller does not understand providing the product advertised. Herb fines were advertised but large chunks were sent. The vendor stated as he get sent a sack full in different sizes so customers should accept larger pieces. Seller stated he would send a return postage voucher but never did. What a disappointment vendor. I dont have a machine that can chop large chunks of dry root to fines. Avoid this vendor

  Hi, we offered you to return the item and get a refund. Rhodiola is a very popular herb sometimes we get different batches and this one was not cut as fine. We were happy to take it back and refund you. It is still the same organic quality herb just a bit larger and if not suitable always welcome to send back to us. Sorry for the trouble, Trish :)
