  The item came quickly but was not quite what I understood it to be. I emailed back and forth with the seller and he generously agreed to give me a full refund. I would have returned it, but the seller said not to send it back. I appreciated the seller's offer and received the refund immediately.

  The phone charger came fast it just wasn't able to work right with my phone after a few emails with the seller I was able to get a refund just as fast 10 out of 10 recommend just for the good customer service so hard to find now days

  So far it's doing its job. Delivery was a week. Item was new and packaged correctly. Holder is light plastic,time will tell as to sturdiness. For $25 I wasn't expecting the best.
