    Bought on a Saturday and shipped Monday; prompt shipping and fluid communication with seller. The frame was well packaged and arrived on time. There is a hairline scratch on one of the seat stays and a couple on the underside of the top tube - probably from where it was hanging up in the store. The plastic spacer in dropouts is from another bike with wider spacing (135 mm) and was crammed into the dropouts causing the chain stays to be pushed outwards a little, though it's steel so should be ok.

    Called 4 times about high shipping cost. Spoke twice with a lady who said Greg was handling Ebay and would return my call. Spoke with a man he said shipping is expensive with UPS and Fed Ex. I noticed other items like handlebars shoes were about $12 to $18 shipping. Tryed again and yet to no avail. I scratched an older 2015 giant propel bike handlebars identical to these and had to replace to make good. They got rid of their old stock item and did ship it out quickly. USPS shipping was $16.20.
