    The item is a used air hospital mattress pump, cleaned & serviced by the manufacturer. It was well packaged but was inoperable on arrival. I repaired it myself and told the seller the pump should not have been classed as “Good” condition by the manufacturer. The seller immediately apologized for the problem and offered a full refund as compensation. Very responsive and accommodating. Good seller.

    Thru and unfortunate item evaluation error it was incorrectly listed changing its quality level. Contacted seller after receiving item and received an apology for error and an immediate refund. Excellent communication with seller. I have purchased other items from this seller and this experience only increased my confidence in them. The incorrect listing was a simple mistake and I believe no way intentional on the sellers part.

    Ordered these rings for a Toro 4000d I just picked up. Exactly as described, shipped when promised and were packaged well. They were a great value, as other mower parts places wanted to sell individually. Great transaction, great deal, I highly recommend this seller!

    Item was as described and a great value since I had seen the same item for more money across multiple other websites. The packaging was very secure and box was marked fragile so item arrived in great shape (no damage). Shipping was fast as well.

    Shipping was done well and quickly. I could not have asked for better packaging! It was a akwardly large but fragile case but exceptional care was taken to protect in shipping. 6 Stars!
