I accepted this but asked for a preference for having a rank stitched in and said I was happy to go up a size if I must. Instead I got one without a rank and no velcro (which the ad didn't say at all). Which is fine if they genuinely didn't have any but I received no message or note indicating that. Instead it looks like they just saw the order but ignored my attached message.
