    Product is of very good quality, packaging was perfect. This is a great price and they look wonderful. I did have a little mishap on first order being only one hat was shipped.     Seller offers excellent service. Product arrived sooner than expected. I had a little problem with the hub, contacted the seller and received a prompt replied. Seller was very understanding, patience and worked with me to come up with a Win-Win solution. In summary, the quality of a product is only 50% of a satisfied purchase.     The Boonie Hat I received from Eperfectcom was good looking, functional and lightweight. Unfortunately, it didn't quite fit my big head. After discussing a few related issues, they offered to refund my purchase. However, despite my problems they remained positive, cordial and very apologetic. While the refund may not have been necessary, their willingness to accommodate my needs is not often seen in an eBay reseller. I also appreciated their fast response times using messages. Thanks again!
