This item was listed new. It arrived in a worn and taped package. As if it had been opened . So, since the packaging had already been compromised I took the item out of the package and the head fell off and the mechanical parts were very loose as if they had been played with. I contacted the seller and they stated that it is new & that it is no fault of theirs. I asked them to replace it & I’d send the one I have back and they declined and told me if I was unhappy then to just return it.

I will change this feedback depending on the response from this seller. I ordered on Sept. 7th. No tracking was provided and on the 12th, I contacted the seller. Was told that they ship in bulk and the package may not have been scanned. They offered to refund and they would check with their, warehouse manager. I waited another day to hear back. Today, Sept 16th, I checked for status and nothing has changed and I have no further updates on tracking or from the seller. I asked for a refund.
