    This item was listed new. It arrived in a worn and taped package. As if it had been opened . So, since the packaging had already been compromised I took the item out of the package and the head fell off and the mechanical parts were very loose as if they had been played with. I contacted the seller and they stated that it is new & that it is no fault of theirs. I asked them to replace it & I’d send the one I have back and they declined and told me if I was unhappy then to just return it.

    The bag was accurately described, honestly photographed and packaged so as to protect its contents. The shipping was quick and arrived on time. The bag is a great addition to any Coach vintage bag making it an all around great value for its cost. The Seller was fair. Thanks!

    I will change this feedback depending on the response from this seller. I ordered on Sept. 7th. No tracking was provided and on the 12th, I contacted the seller. Was told that they ship in bulk and the package may not have been scanned. They offered to refund and they would check with their, warehouse manager. I waited another day to hear back. Today, Sept 16th, I checked for status and nothing has changed and I have no further updates on tracking or from the seller. I asked for a refund.
