  Item received on time & well packed. Unfortunately I discovered that the item was unusable when I opened the box. Advised the seller, who was most helpful, we exchanged correspondence & I was given options of a full refund or another item being sent. I opted for the full refund, which was very promptly sent. Just wish to say many thanks to seller for the friendly communication, valuable assistance & satisfactory outcome. Best wishes!!

  Arrived very promptly, legitimate and new item, still sealed in packaging. Minor fault in item the fault of the manufacturer, not the seller. All as described and a very good price.

  Very good seller (would reccomend) - Item arrived very quickly, about 5 days before it was predicted to, and although I have seen a lot of negative reviews saying the the item was not intact, all the package suffered were a few scratches on the box, and it was packed well so the actual product was not damaged in any way. Worked as intended and was very easy to set up.

  Seller was very responsive and helpful. Product was unfortunately faulty in this instance. Seller refunded 50% of the cost writing that it was likely damaged in transit. I would still recommend buying from them, and will likely do so again in the future. Product (Stainless steel rice spatula) 4/10 Customer Service 12/10!
