(may need to consider packaging in a plastic bag inside box) but seller responded and issued credit in a timely manner once notified of issue and sent pics (usps delivery photo as well as my own)

  Positive review of seller. I purchased the Osprey 26+6 backpack. The Osprey company incorrectly placed a 44 liter backpack in a sealed plastic bag identified as 26+6 liter backpack. Item was appropriately resold as new and in original packaging via eBay by this seller. I notified seller. Seller apologized for honest mistake and immediately sent return label for USPS. Seller communicates well and is honest. Would not hesitate buying from this seller.

  Item came quickly. Upon arrival I noticed an accessory was missing in the package. I reached out to seller and they immediately replied. Upon realizing they didn’t have the accessory they began working with me to resolve the situation to my satisfaction. Seller definitely made the situation right by me as the customer.
