  Seller is honest and professional! All my questions were taken care of by the very detailed description of the item. The items were well packaged in the box, which is great. The seller is someone I would do business with again 100%. But the shipping cost is too high and it's unbelievable. I also paid UPS broker fee $150 when I received the package from US. It's not something which seller is able to control!!!. Thank you very much.

  Great Item and great seller. The items’ price was fair, it shipped relatively quick and arrived on time, as described and without issues. The item was well packaged, and shipping costs were reasonable, I didn't feel they were excessive. A great overall experience.

  This seller was the best. You don't get better! First of all, I had a question regarding the items and they responding quick and were very helpful. Because of this I bid on 2 items they had. There was even more that they did for me. At the UPS store a query came up on the shipping amount and the seller just took care of the situation 100%. I WILL be buying from this seller again!   Device was exactly as described. Packaging could have been slightly better, but I've had much worse. Overall, pleased with the price of the device. Shipping was quite fast, but on the higher end for cost, however I have nothing to complain about. Device appears to be in fully working condition as described.

  For some reason, the product was not functional when I received it, but seller offered either a free return and refund, or a partial refund if I could diagnose and fix it. I was able to troubleshoot and repair the defect, and seller immediately issued a partial refund. Thank you for the good service!
