  I ordered two statues from this seller but never received them. USPS investigated and reported that the package was incorrectly addressed which is why I never got it. I contacted the seller who was polite but firm in refusing to offer a refund as the items showed as delivered on their end. I ended up having to appeal to get my money back from Ebay but I did eventually receive a full refund from them. Not happy that I did not get the items I ordered but at least I got my money back.
