    The description of the item show it to be BLACK with no option of color choices and they sent me a BLUE. I received the product on 12/26 and inquired as to What happened? on 12/26. They replied backed on 12/27 at 12:16PM saying the will send me a return shipping label. Fast forward, I decided to keep the BLUE to avoid further delays of a replacement process. Out of nowhere, they gave me a partial credit w/o me asking for it for their error and inconvenience. Now, that s Customer Service!

    Great and fast communication. I would buy from seller again. Open box item was like new in original factory box but front power light does not work(not mentioned by seller). Seller took 5 days before shipping item, but once shipped it arrived in one day.
