The only description as described was G6 versus G8, and the seller promptly offered either an RMA for full refund, or a partial refund for the inconvenience (which was minor) So AA+ transaction and excellent Value on this deal, I would very much trust and would buy again. 🙏

  HP quality is a given. But more important with regard to ebay transactions are the sellers themselves. Given five stars as top of the line, this seller is a 10. My transactions were smooth, fast shipping, excellent and safe packaging and very professional. The seller was helpful in providing what I needed within my budget limits and delivered a quality product.

  What can I say, the item was not really as described, but the seller stepped up and issued a full refund. I believe it was more of the quality control  problem, then the seller themselves.  The seller was very remorseful.
