  This item was well described, there was some case damage, which was visible in the photos so I knew what I was getting. I tested it out and it works just like the listing said. It was packed really really well! The seller must have experience shipping delicate pieces of precision equipment around. The shipping price was very good, considering how well they packaged it. They also gave me a great price on this item so I'm really very happy with everything.

  Was shipped an incorrect item by mistake. Contacted seller, resolved through a partial refund very quickly. Very good service. Actual item was fully functional, packaged well, and shipped in a very timely manner. Paid a good price for it, and though it was not what I ordered, will be able to put the item to good use.

  *** Another Good Ebay transaction *** Despite a mix-up of the item shipped, the communication was great and the issue was fully resolved within minutes of sending a message to them. The packing was good and the Mac Mini is a good value! Shipping delays by USPS were not the fault of ESource - Only mishandled and temporarily lost for 4 days by the post office....

  Went above and beyond. Made sure I got what was described or better. Very well packed too! Extreme Value Shipping via USPS was slow but less than 10$ so no complaints here! Have not tested the battery but unit is pristine.
